Request Repeat Prescriptions

Eligibility Criteria

Repeat prescriptions for medications deemed addictive, such as opiates and benzodiazepines, are NOT provided through this service.


The issuing of a repeat prescription is entirely at the discretion of the practitioner, provided the following criteria are met:

  • The medications have previously been approved by our practice.
  • You have consulted with one of our doctors regarding this within the last three months.
  • Not more than two medication requests
  • The request is not for addictive medications such as sleeping tablets, pain medications, or other high-risk medications.

As part of our commitment to providing convenient and accessible care for our patients, we have introduced an online repeat prescription request service for eligible medications. To ensure patient safety and appropriate prescribing, all requests are subject to the clinical discretion of the treating practitioner and the eligibility criteria outlined below.

You will receive the outcome of your request by SMS within 1–2 business days.

A fee applies to this service, and you will be asked to enter your card details during the online request process.

If a consultation or medication review is required, we'll let you know and help you arrange an appointment.
