ADHD Continuation Prescribing Service
To ensure patient safety and compliance with state and national medicines legislation and Medicare requirements, this service is strictly limited to continuation prescribing of ADHD medication in line with a specialist treatment plan.
At Terrey Hills Family Surgery, continued ADHD prescribing is provided by Dr Sofia Ambreen, with prescribing undertaken at the clinical discretion of the GP and in accordance with current Australian clinical guidelines and specialist treatment plans.

All prescribing is conducted in accordance with relevant Commonwealth and state legislation governing controlled medicines, Medicare requirements, and current Australian clinical guidelines.
Where appropriate, ongoing shared care with the treating psychiatrist is required to ensure coordinated and compliant prescribing practice.
